Shanna L. Dillon

Shanna L. Dillon

Shanna L. Dillon, formerly of Cozad, passed away November 21st, 2019 at her home in Junction City, Oregon at the young age of 41.

Shanna was born March 23rd, 1978 in Cozad, Nebraska to Don and Catherine (Edelman) Dillon. Shanna loved to travel and meet new people. People were her thing. In all the places she roamed, Shanna touched the hearts of many. She didn't stay in one place for long, so she doesn't have a work history of this job or that or groups she was involved in here or there. Shanna was a free spirit. She lived her life through the guidance of Astronomy and Astrology. She strived to live by her Aries personality. She loved life and lived it to the fullest. She had an eye for things; furniture, jewelry, clothes. Shanna could make something out of nothing. Shanna brought three beautiful children in to this world. Hunter Joshua, Kennetha Rae and Camden Jon. She loved them so much and talked about them all the time. Shanna had a heart of Gold! She was a lover and a fighter. If you were lucky enough to know her, she had your back, no matter what! She was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Kenneth Rae; nephew, Gaven Drake; grandparents, papa and meme (Dick and Bonnie Edelman), grandma and grandpa Dillon (Tag and Lucille); and her uncle, Bill Edelman.

Shanna is survived by her parents, Cap and Don Dillon of Cozad; twin sister, Dana Dillon of Cozad and sister, Krista (Mike) Bodfield of Gothenburg; nieces, Azaria, Jaylyn, Lotus and Reina; nephews, Tristan and Isaac; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. Online condolences may be shared at berrymanfuneralhome.com. Memorials are suggested to the family in her name for later designation.

Services will be held Friday, December 6th, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at the Berryman Funeral Home Chapel with Al Jesseph officiating. Cremation will follow. Visitation will be Thursday from 1 pm to 7 pm with family receiving friends from 5 pm to 7 pm at Berryman Funeral Home.
