Cozad High School Senior Katie Wilson signed her Letter of Intent with the Concordia Cheer team on Wednesday afternoon. Katie has been a member of the Cozad Dance team for the past four years. She will continue her education and love for dance and cheer at Concordia University in Seward, NE. Katie will be majoring in Graphic Design. Katie signed yesterday with the Concordia Cheer Team Coach Mandi Maser, CHS Dance Coach McKenzie Bivins, her parents Aaron & Mandy Wilson, her brother Aaron Wilson, Jr., and her tumbling Coach Amanda Ristine. Lexington High School Senior Cordilia Harbison has signed her letter of Intent to attend the University of Nebraksa at Kearney and plans to study Chemistry/Bio-Chemistry at the University. the Lexington senior has a Grade Point Average – 4.87 – Currently ranked 1st out of a class of 244 students. Activity Participation – Circle of Friends, Volleyball, Basketball, Bowling, Track and Field, Yearbook, Band, National Honor Society, L-Club. Harbison stated, “I am extremely grateful for all the opportunities Lexington has ever given me. I would not be where I am today if it weren’t for all the endless support from the community. Continuing my education and my athletic career has always been a dream of mine, and I’m excited to pursue it at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. A special thanks to Samantha Hammond, Jennifer Young-Leupp, past coaches, and any teammate of mine from over the years. It is with great pride to represent Lexington at the collegiate level. I am excited to open a new chapter in my life and look forward to accomplishing more goals.”
